The WRAPPED scheme lets you access free condoms, internal condoms (femidoms) and lube from a number of outlets.
WRAPPED is free for anyone aged 13-25 living in Blackburn with Darwen.
If you are 25 or over, you can still access free condoms and lube from any Brook clinic, as well as some GP surgeries and pharmacies. You can also purchase them in pharmacies, supermarkets and online for as little as 99p.
To be able to use the WRAPPED Scheme in Blackburn with Darwen, you will first need to register.
Once registered, you can keep returning to the same outlet to pick up free condoms and lube.

Visit a WRAPPED registration point during opening hours to register.
Registration usually takes about 10 minutes. You will be asked a few simple questions like how old you are, your postcode etc. and the provider will confirm that you understand how to use condoms effectively.
All the information is confidential and will not be passed on to anybody else.

What if I am under 16?
Young people aged 13-15 will be assessed under Fraser competency guidelines to make sure the scheme is suitable for them.
Once you have registered, you can keep returning to the same outlet to pick up free condoms and lube.
You can also go to any of the other WRAPPED outlets, but they may ask you to complete the registration process again the first time you visit them.
